Eternal Marketing Group was privileged to play a pivotal role in managing and promoting the Martin Luther King Jr Commemorative Commission’s Juneteenth Celebration and Martin Luther King Jr Parade on June 19th, 2024. This year’s events marked their largest to date, with record participation and community engagement. EMG’s comprehensive approach included designing eye-catching flyers and producing high-visibility signage that we strategically distributed across key locations. Our team expertly managed vendor coordination and event layout planning, ensuring a seamless flow and participant experience. We also took charge of securing event sponsors and coordinating with volunteers, essential components that contributed to the event’s success. On the digital front, EMG managed the social media campaigns, engaging with the community online, increasing awareness, and driving attendance. We crafted and distributed press releases to ensure media coverage and managed on-site photography to capture the event’s key moments. Additionally, our talent management ensured that all performers and speakers were seamlessly integrated into the event’s schedule, adding to the vibrant celebration.
